So what’s the point to level 4?
In this level you will learn as a team to prepare your organization’s space as it becomes a resiliency center, assess your reach and community, and move through the resources below. Please download the corresponding PDFs to each step and report on your progress through the monthly reports you received from VSF. Level 4: Step 1
Assess your interactions with and the satisfaction of your congregation or members/volunteers, see how they prefer to interact, and complete a tech audit to see what tools you have. Create a survey to get to know them and collect data that could help you get individualized/personalized resources to them. Level 4: Step 2
Create a good base of knowledge as you become a resiliency center. Move through the steps in the ENERGY STAR® Action Workbook for Congregations to inform your weekly task items.
