So what’s the point to level 2?
In this level we will learn more about the CDC members and the team chosen in level 1. We will discuss the capacity, strengths, and weaknesses of everyone to start finding the responsibilities that will suit each person’s skills and interests the best. Please have each CDC and Green Team Member complete the steps below, and feel free to contact us for help at info@villagesolutionscdc.org if you need it!
Level 2: Step 1
Complete the form below to give us an understanding of your personal capacity and current commitments for this initiative. This will help VSF inform you on your strategic plan (to be created in later steps) so it doesn’t exceed anyone’s capacity.
Level 2: Step 2
Complete the form below to do a SWOT assessment on yourself. Please give thoughtful answers so that we can get a sense for what assistance your team might need. A SWOT assessment covers your (S)trengths, (W)eaknesses, (O)pportunities, and (T)hreats.
Level 2: Step 3
Have the Green Team meet with VSF to go over the level 2 forms and choose the Green Team roles. The Lead Director will download and collect signatures to complete the Green Team Commitment and Division of Labor Document. Once finished, upload the completed document to the form below.

Once EACH Green Team member completes the steps above, you are ready to move on to Level 3!
